Day 242 - Rock Path

I left my camera in my friend's car today, so I'll be using my compact digital camera for the next few days. It's a lovely day today.

Day 241 - Mums the Word

It was the last day of my co-op term today. I don't think I'm quite ready for school.

Day 240 - Pink Penguin Eraser

I was trying to plan a trip with a friend today. It was kind of overwhelming. Worrying about travel, food, hotels, tours, landmarks and budgeting for everything. I hope we can figure it all out.

I caught up on my television shows today. I'm glad I'm doing this before school starts.

Day 239 - Perimeter Institute

I had a lovely day today. I do believe this is one of the best days I've had this year. After work, I decided the weather was just too nice to ignore. I took the bike out of the storage room, walked it to the gas station, and filled it with air. I biked to Uptown Waterloo and found the Seagram Lofts (Seagram Distillers), Perimeter Institute, the Waterloo Central Train, and Waterloo Park. When I was heading home, I took the Laurel trail and found a lake that I want to go back to as well.

Today was a lovely day.

Day 238 - Spot the Cat

You may have to look twice to find the cat in this photo. At one point, there was three cats in our backyard. I'm glad they all made it through the winter.

Day 237 - Bunny Pen

I don't understand. Why won't my report just do itself? The world works in funny ways. My mom bought this pen for me while they were in Hong Kong. I thought this was a very cute pen that was quite photogenic. It looks like the bunny is kind of frowning though.

Happy Easter Sunday! I'm back in Waterloo and missing Windsor already. I had something more in mind for this chocolate duck in terms of photography, but I ate it right after this photo...

Day 235 - Magic Hour

I adored the weather today. I hope it stays like this. I wish I was a little more productive today.

My sister bought me these cute little owls from Hong Kong. I think these little critters will appear in my stream multiple times in the future.

Day 233 - Home Bokeh

It's been so long since I've been in Windsor. The train was late today and so my photo was late to post.

I ate so much food today.

Day 232 - Gummy Easter Bunny

I bought this because I had a Groupon at Laura Secord. It's cute but it's really not that delicious (I ate it right after this photo.) It tasted very unhealthy.

I watched Hanna today. It was quite good. I like suspense, although it's a little stressful.

Day 231 - Car Window

My friends and I ate 39¢ wings today. I took this while we were in the car. It was raining again. I don't mind the rain so much. I just do not appreciate the cold.

I watched Ellen for 5 hours yesterday. I really need to do my work report.

Day 230 - Swarovski Beads

This is a close-up of the charm on my cell phone. I should be doing my work report. I'm watching Ellen instead.

Day 229 - Homemade Lava Cake

We made a lava cake today. I think we baked it for a little too long because it wasn't quite liquid chocolate in the middle but it still tasted good. The stuff in the background is ice cream. We didn't have sprinkles or anything so that was the decorative piece.

Day 228 - Power Outage in Toronto

Last night, there was a power outage on the street where my friend lives. I'm not sure if this happens very often in Toronto, but we did the logical thing. We took out our camera and took photos of the light trails that vehicles left behind. This one in particular was a bus.

Day 227 - Spotted - Charlie Sheen

I was walking in downtown Toronto today and a large crowd of people were surrounding someone. I had some time on my hand so I went to take a look. It turns out Charlie Sheen had a show today. He was walking with some bodyguards and there were lots of police. I felt like a paparazzi photographer today. It was kind interesting but stressful at the same time.

Day 226 - Concrete Construction

I am done my exam! It was one of those, "I'm not sure how I did" exams, but that's not too bad. It was beautiful out again today, so I went on a walk with a friend. I took lots of ordinary nature shots. Hopefully, I'll get some really interesting shots as I spend more time photographing.

I'm not sure how the concrete pictured here turned out this way. It actually looks so broken that it looks dangerous.

Day 225 - Stop Staring - Study!

I'm uploading "early" today because I want to disable the internet after uploading this photo and doing some hardcore studying. I'm currently in the library and used my iPod Touch to take this very terrible photo. It's quite motivating though, STOP STARING.

Day 224 - Goodbye Winter

This is the hood of my winter jacket. I hope with all my heart that I will not have to wear this jacket again until the end of the year. I welcome Spring with open arms. I don't want anymore bulky jackets!

Note to self: You should study.

Day 223 - Bokeh Necklace

I cannot recall how I studied for exams in the past. It is so incredibly difficult to be motivated to study. I assign so much "time" for studying, and yet I don't use any of it. I hope I realize I really do need to study soon.

This is a photo of one of my necklaces. It looked better as bokeh.

Day 222 - Procrastination

I'm almost impressed with myself. I have done pretty much everything I possibly could today, except study. I cleaned my room, did laundry, painted my nails, cooked dinner, made lunch for tomorrow, updated my resume, set up an online portfolio, learned how to vote for the election, applied for a job, and paid my bills. It's incredible how productive I can be if I'm avoiding studying.

Day 221 - Lovely Lovely Day

I'm a bit late posting again. I spent a LOT of time outside today, and I'm glad. Today was absolutely beautiful outside and I just adored it. The snow outside my house has completely melted and I'm hoping with all my heart it will stay like this. I am so over the snow and coldness.

Day 220 - Spring is Berry Nice

I'm so happy that the weather was nice enough for me to go outside today. I'm going to officially call this my first "Spring" photo of 2011! I always wonder if these random berries are edible but I'm not risky enough to try. They certainly look interesting though.

Day 219 - Silver Shuffle

I was feeling a little off today but felt better after writing this post.

This is a photo of my sister's silver iPod shuffle. She ran had a few accidents with this and decided she didn't really want it after she received an iPod Touch, so she gave this to me. It still works perfectly fine.

Day 218 - Bubble Gum Machine

Taken at unofficial UW Photo Club meeting at Huether Hotel. I believe this is kind of overly post-processed. I was going for a "vintage" look. Not sure if I achieved it at all.

Day 217 - The Hub

My order from dealextreme came in today. I bought some cheap diffusers and a stand of some sort (I do not remember and I have yet to open it.) This is one of my purchases. I bought a USB hub, since my laptop only has two USB slots and that is just not enough.

Day 216 - Dangerous Kardinal Offishall

I did not upload in time today. I went straight from work, to all-you-can-eat sushi. to the Kardinal Offishall concert. I was kind of freaking out but I realized that as long as I take a photo that day, it's fine if I don't upload it exactly on that day.

I will have to do more post-processing and editing for the rest of the concert photos. This one is sort of a teaser photo... since it doesn't even show his face. I'm going to call this an artistic crop, as opposed to the truth, which was I just missed his head when I tried to take this photo.

Day 215 - Bokeh Box

I have spent over 10 hours in the library working on one assignment today. I feel a little insane. My food intake has been terrible today too. I had two chocolate waffles, two bags of chips, and timbits. I don't think my body likes me very much.

Day 214 - Library Books

It's been a while since I've been to the library to do an assignment. I have a bit of a headache right now because I was playing around with the flash and now I'm a bit dizzy.

Day 213 - April Fools

Happy April Fool's Day everyone!

I have been having some issues today with all these pranks. I keep forgetting it's April Fool's, and since I'm so very gullible I just keep getting pranked over and over again. I feel like I've been getting mini heart attacks all day long. Well, it's just for fun, right?

This is a photo of my cat. I'm just kidding. I really suck at doing the pranks... Anyways, this is a "friendship bracelet" that my friend made for me and I thought it was really neat.
